“VIGO” LTD is a controller in relation to your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, since it determines the purpose and the means for your personal data processing.
II. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Personal data is all data, through which a person could be identified directly or indirectly (name, address, identification number, location data, online identification; signs for the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, brain, economic, cultural or social identity of that physical person, etc.).
We process the following personal data:

• Shipment address;

• Your passwords for access to our website;
• Invoicing data;
III. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data for:
• Execution of your order.
• Delivery of the order to the provided by you address.
• Allowing us to contact you at any time by phone or e-mail for the high quality and timely performance of the ordered by you service.
• Accounting purposes.
• Protection of our legal rights and interests.
IV. ON WHAT GROUNDS WE DO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data on the following grounds:
• Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “b” of the GDPR – for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
• Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “c” of the GDPR – for compliance with a legal obligation arising out of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria (for bookkeeping and accountancy purposes);
• Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “f” of the GDPR – for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (for defense in case of legal claims or in proceedings before competent authorities);
V. WHOM WE SHARE WITH AND DISCLOSE TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We do not share with, disclose, sell or disseminate in any other way your personal data to any third parties. We provide information only to our trusted partners – messengers, with whom we work based on contractual legal relations and confidentiality agreements. They need your data to render possible the shipment and delivery of the ordered by you products at your address. All of the messengers have been carefully selected. In processing your personal data they too use the required care and privacy and do that in strict compliance with the GDPR and the Bulgarian legislation.
VI. FOR HOW LONG WE KEEP THE INFORMATION?
We keep and store the data as long as we have grounds for the storage thereof. When your personal data is contained in accounting documents on paper or technical carrier, which could be demanded from us on legal grounds for the needs of the tax control, the term for storing such personal data is 10 years, considered from 1 January of the year, following the year in which you have received the ordered by you products. Your personal data provided at the registration at our website are kept for a period of three years, considered from the date of your last order, as after the expiration of such period the data are destroyed in accordance with the controllers’ internal rules. In case you register without making an order, your data are destroyed after the expiration of the third year from your registration.
VII. WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA?
If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to make a delivery of the ordered by you products, since we won’t be able to individualize the recipient the delivery address. In case of non-provision of invoicing data (if you have requested such) we won’t be able to issue the requested invoice, since the requisites of the same are legally established.
VIII. SECURITY MEASURES:
We have undertaken a wide range of technical and organizational measures, guaranteeing the lawful processing of your personal data and the protection thereof against unauthorized illegal access or disclosure.
IX. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
Right of access:
You have the right at any time to request information whether we process your personal data, what are such data, from where and why we have them. Access to the processed personal data you may also gain through your personal profile in our website.
Right to portability:
You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, widely used and suitable for machine reading form or to request for them to be directly transmitted to another controller.
Right of rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data, if they are wrong, or for them to be supplemented, if they are not full. You may rectify them also through your personal profile in our website.
Right to erasure:
This is your right “to be forgotten” – to request your personal data to be erased from our data bases, at certain circumstances: your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes they have been collected; if you believe they are processed unlawfully or that there are no legal grounds for the processing thereof.
Right to restricting of processing:
At certain circumstances, such as for example if you doubt the exactness of your personal data, the lawfulness of the processing or if you have objected to our legitimate purpose for processing your personal data, you have the right to request from us to restrict the processing of your personal data until a solution is found.
Right to object:
At any time and at certain circumstances, for example if you doubt in our legitimate interest to process your personal data, you have the right to object based on considerations related to your particular situation.
Right to lodge a complaint before the Personal Data Protection Commission:
